“ Just wanted to provide an update to my Original review below. Guss and his Team continue to provide excellent work and service! He has been my exclusive barber for probably close to 8 years and I wouldn't go any place else! So happy to see that Guss's hard work and commitment to excellence has paid off! I have tried several Barbers and Barber Shops in town with mixed results. Then one day I decided to try a local Barber Shop and by chance I happened to get Guss. That was two years ago. Guss has done an outstanding job on my hair since then. The cuts are very precise and consistent and he really has an eye for getting everything just perfect. Plus he is just a nice guy - very easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. In October 2016 I came into the shop with a request for a "Monk" style haircut for Halloween. I pulled out my phone and showed him what I wanted. He said are you sure? And I said yes! He did an outstanding job and approached the project with care to make sure it turned out just right. BTW I did win first place in the costume contest. Then in 2017 I came back and requested a Punk Rocker cut and Guss delivered again!! Glad to see Guss has his own shop now! ”

“ I called Guss ahead of time and he was very friendly over the phone, was happy to accommodate me as a walk-in on Memorial Day. This was my first time at 5 Stars Barber with Guss. I got a beard trim and hair cut, which included a straight razor. The hair cut and blend into the beard came out looking great and exceeded my (naturally high) expectations. Guss does great work and cares about quality, it shows in craft. I am grateful to have met Guss. It is no surprise that he has another happy and loyal customer. ”
